If you know me well, you know that intimate weddings speak to my heart. I just love how romantic and unique the nuances are. The people who love you most there to cheer you on, the unique family heirlooms from previous generations past and a small enough guest count to have genuine conversations with those there to celebrate with you. I had the opportunity to photograph a private estate wedding on film and it was a dream. Robbie and Jenna had different plans for their wedding but of course Covid had them reconsider. They decided to have an intimate celebration in the backyard of Jenna’s childhood home. Robbie and Jenna got ready at Central Schoolhouse Inn. The historic colonial home was the perfect location for classic getting ready photos. The backyard has an adorable original swing and beautiful hydrangea bushes. We then went to Jenna’s home for the ceremony and reception. The moment Jenna walked down the aisle with her father, he tried so very hard to hold it together. As a mom of three little girls, I understand the significance of giving away your daughter. How sweet that moment was.

Casey and Matt of Bright Designs designed the beautiful and lush decor and tablescape under the big white tent. The elegance of the chandeliers created a highly elevated reception. So many sweet words were spoken during the blessing and toasts. It sure is evident these two are incredibly loved.
